The Browse page provides you with a read-only view of the documents you have permission to read, laid out in a familiar, customizable folder structure.
The Browse page lets you locate files and get an overview of your documents in a familiar folder and sub-folder structure. However, unlike traditional folders, the hierarchy of folders that are displayed can be easily customized.
Aerofiler uses the metadata fields associated with documents to generate folders on-the-fly, so you don't have to manually create your own folders and move your documents into them.
Dynamic Folders
You can configure how you want your folder hierarchy to be organized by changing the "Group by" settings in this section of the page:
![]()
Select what fields you'd like to group your documents by. You can also decide how to sort the documents in each group by clicking the arrows next to each field (i.e. in ascending or descending order). You can add a maximum of 3 fields, which produces a folder structure 3 levels deep.
Clicking on the column headings will sort files with their folders by that column's values.
Any changes you make to the "group by" fields will be saved and restored the next time you visit the Browse page.
Filter Contracts
The Filter Contracts functionality works on the Browse page in the same way that it works on the Review page. Please click here to see the documentation.
