Contract Term Preferences

You can enable quick terms by toggling the following switch:

Quick terms allow you to apply a pre-configured contract term (for example 12 month expiry with 30 day notice period) with a single click.

Reminder Preferences

In Aerofiler, you can configure a switch which will notify users when adding or deleting reminders:

This operates as follows:

• Notification on adding reminders will generate an email for the user when a document reminder is created for them
• Notification on deleting reminders will generate an email for the user when one of their document reminders is deleted
