Metrics

Aerofiler provides the various metrics to help you understand and visualise the data in your account.

Document Metrics

• Files - this refers to the number of documents in your Aerofiler instance
• Size - this refers to the total storage you are using in your instance
• Pages - this is a total page count of the number of documents in the system
• Words - this is a total word count of the number of documents in the system.

File Activity

This chart displays a time series of file activity, which records the following key events:

• Uploads
• Updates
• Validations
• Deletions

Files by Party

This is a pie chart that shows the percentage of the various parties (ie your company entities) in your document set.

Validate Files

This graph shows the proportion of documents that are validated versus unvalidated.

User Activity

This graph shows login activity over time.

Search activity

This displays a "word cloud" of search terms that your users have been using.
